I was a social worker at a youth shelter.
Usually, runaway teenagers or homeless teenagers come to youth shelter.

They got their own stories.
In their stories, they are Heartbroken, abandoned, and nobody.
Some are true, some are not but the pain is real to them.

As a social worker I could do counseling, connect resources, make network, etc but there are clear limitations.
we can only help what we can do or what we have.
And It is not enough.

We are responsible for our future generations.

Some get better, Some get worse. this could be just a part of progress
But what pains me is some disappear without any sign.After several months or years, they are found again. Wounds in their mind and body. Fading hopes in life.

How can we help them to stand alone?
How can we fill the void inside them?
What can we do?

Facing limitations of the current welfare system, 
I decided to start my own business and help them with what I could do.
This is the motivation of my company
This is the vision of the welfanion.
